Students and parents avoid traveling to a school or location when the teacher comes to you! Parents can more easily arrange extra-curricular activities without the obligation of traveling to a school for music lessons. Mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and summer sessions are available for the convenience of students to receive a music education in a familiar, secure, and safe environment year round. We cater to each student’s musical level from serious classical training to Broadway, pop, and jazz.

All Instructors Have Undergraduate and / or Graduate Degrees In Music, Music Performance, Music Education & Education from the best music programs in the country (Julliard, Berklee College of Music, New York University, ect.).
Music instructors are dedicated to the musical growth of each student. Instructors are educated in curriculum, instruction and are committed to nurturing a passion for music while providing a solid technical base.
Instructors Prepare Students For Performance Auditions, Evaluations, Competitions & School Performances.
Our students participate in Piano Auditions, Region Band and All-State Band performances, Jazz Bands, Orchestras, Marching Bands and Rock Bands. Students have been accepted as music majors at colleges and universities both for their specific instrument and for music production programs.
Music Technology Lessons.
Specializing in music production - music technology and audio engineering (Pro Tools, Logic, Cakewalk, Cubase, Reason, ect.). These lessons are designed for students interested in the recording, music production and audio engineering aspects of music. Private instruction will offer students content knowledge and real-world experience within areas of music focusing on technology, production and audio engineering.
Student Recitals.
Our Annual Spring Student Recitals offer a unique and enriching musical experience for students of all ages and ability levels. Performances build confidence, showcase musical progression and talents, and allows students to listen to their peers perform.
Parents Are Encouraged To Be Actively Involved In Their Child's Education.
Encouragement is important to your child’s musical education, along with a commitment to practice time. Without parental support, a child may lose interest in their instrument. At Scarsdale Music School, we want to nurture the love of music in all of our students, and parents play an important role. Please speak with teachers about practice and instructional goals so that you are aware of your student’s musical journey and how you can assist.
